All water ionizers ship free in the USA, Canada and Australia. For other international countries, please call and we can give you a quote on shipping charges.

RETURNS:
Please take a look at your goodies when they arrive. We want you to be sure they made it safe and sound. If damaged, please contact us immediately. If you need to return your item, please call us so we can make arrangements for your RMA number and warehouse address. It should be noted that no returns or exchanges will be honored without an RMA number.

Unless otherwise indicated, all items are to be brand new and not used. If this is not the case, your item will be delivered back to you and shipping charges will apply and no refund will be accepted. Shipping and restocking fees will be the customers costs.
