For more than 14 years I have been drinking ionized alkaline water. Things changed from terrible allergies to none. I used to take a good deal of strong medication to control these allergies and now I take none. I have 6 kids. They had terrible allergies and ear, nose throat infections and were always at the doctors. When my allergies cleared up I put all the kids except the baby on drinking ionized alkaline water. It worked and the kids quit getting infections and their allergies cleared up, too. I always smile when I think that we drink this water and that's all we do and look at what it did for us. My one tip to those looking to get one of these machines is look to the ionizer to make pH 9.5 pH AND Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP) of -550 or more. Anything below -550 is not an anti-oxidant property that will help with health for the body. It is the combination of pH 9.5 and -740 ORP that did the trick for us.
Acid Water Treatment For Poison Ivy

After living in a home nestled in the woods for 17 years, one would think I'd get a handle on messing with poison ivy that's interspersed in the myrtle and wild flowers. It's a forever battle, but I've finally resigned myself to suffering a few bouts of poison ivy outbreaks nearly every summer. But I've learned... After weeding my flower beds, if I even THINK I've come in contact with the plant, I quickly apply a special ointment and then spritz myself with acidic waters from my water ionizer machine. The disinfectant properties of the acid water help dispel the poison, and my long-term reactions to the poison ivy have been minimal to none. I spritz the area 3X or more a day, and am happy to say that within a much shorter time period: PIG (poison ivy GONE). The acid water also stops poison ivy itch almost upon contact, which is a much better result than using over-the-counter medications.

Vitality, Memory & More At 80 Years Young!

Old? Ha! I'm in my 80s, and began drinking alkaline water about 18 months ago. At my age I have come to expect that getting up in the morning is a chore and that energy is not something I have a great deal of. I am also aware that my memory has been going from bad to worse.
My kids call it my 'Whatchmacallit' syndrome as my sentences slowly fill up with forgotten words. Within a month of beginning alkaline water, the changes were profound. I walked from home to the beach, 2 kilometers along the beach, and up about 60 steps to a lookout.
My kids were amazed, but I didn't even think about it. The energy was just there! I have had a recurrent eye infection for a long time and it has cleared up. My inflamed gum, another long-term problem, has also cleared, and my tinea underwent its own 'healing crisis' and dried out from underneath the skin. My memory, my kids tell me, is much, much better, and that's a wonderful thing for me, having seen my sister succumb to Dementia.
I am also more aware of my food. I am aware of my choices and have stopped the 'hungry ghosts' ~ my need to nibble. I believe that the way the ionizer reduces the molecule size of the water has helped my brain to re-hydrate. So many older people drink far too little. I read about a doctor specialist in Geriatrics who healed his patients through getting them to drink water. That's true, but the water most of us drink, even filtered water, is nothing like as easy to drink as alkaline water.
I drink it and love to drink it. It restored my 'natural' thirst, and I only realized I had lost it when it came back. I think as a nation we are all dehydrated and all on acidic overloaded. If this water was available through our taps this country would be a very different and healthier one than what it is today.
